Coach the Coach

Organizations often have a need for leadership coaching and coaching in general to create a learning organization and create greater ownership of the employees.  An effective solution is to train key figures within the organization. 

Giving and receiving personal feedback is key to this proces.


The coach the coach training is designed in a way to have the participants first gain insights and focus on self-knowledge, mindset and skills. During the training, we reach out practical tools which can be used to increase own effectiveness and the effectiveness of others.


The training covers and provides for:

  • self-knowledge;

  • insight in own style; limited believes; interaction with others and projection

  • how to increase ownership of employees;

  • clear and effective coach framework;

  • giving and receiving feedback;

  • personal development plans.



The training has a duration of two days and consists different modules.
