After 15 years of commercial management experience at various Telecom companies, I have managed to convert this experience into guiding professionals and teams within organizations.  

Since 2010 I have been working as a professional coach, trainer and advisor with a focus on the culture and behavior within change processes.

My area of expertise is coaching, training, and advising on personal- and team effectiveness-, commercial-, leadership- and competence management.

 

Further I have extended my practice with mediation. After completing my professional training as a legal mediator, I focus in particular on conflicts in the business sphere and in stalled negotiations.

Characteristics​

My quality as a coach and trainer is the ability to let people get close to themselves, and from there to have them discover their own motivations, believes, and barriers and learn how to use your energy for things that are important to you.

My style of personal coaching is often described as emphatic, open, to the point, and always in search of the match between the enterprise goals and the personal ambition of the coachee. 

 

For this I use diverse methods in addition to my broad experience in business, like result-oriented coaching, system working, mindfulness, NLP, Insights Discovery®, visualizations, and biographical work. 

 

Experience

My leadership experience was gained in working for the following multinationals; British Telecom, Versatel, and Vodafone.

I managed a large team of sales and marketing professionals within the Corporate sector of BT in the Netherlands.

And as an MT member of the first Dutch free Internet Service Provider (Zonnet, part of Versatel), I have set up the Sales Department and also managed the Customer Care, Billing, and the Content and Media site of the ISP business. 

Before I started my own company, I worked several years as a Sales and Marketing Manager for Vodafone Netherlands. 

 

Certification

I am a registered professional coach at the STiR! foundation, an independent quality platform for professional coaches, and I am an accredited Insights Discovery® Practitioner. I completed the professional training as a legal mediator at the ADR institute
