Then guided peer to peer coaching (intervision) is a great way of learning and growing your professionals and managers in a regular and structured way.

 

Intervision is a form of peer support where people learn in small groups "from" and "with" each other and it enables acceleration of personal development.

As a coach of peer-to-peer (intervision) groups,  I will take care of:

• a safe environment;

• an explanation of the different intervision methods;

• giving feedback on the proces and communication skills within the group

 

Duration

In general, a starting group needs three to five guided sessions in order to be able to independently  manage the session by themselves.
